Welcome to Beesaway Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all live bee removal services provided by Beesaway Ltd, as well as your use of our website beesaway.co.uk.
By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Bookings, Deposits, Cancellations & Postponements
1.1 Deposit
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings for bee removal work.
- A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
1.2 Cancellations & Postponements
- Any cancellation or postponement made within 30 days of the scheduled work date will be charged at the full quoted amount, regardless of reason.
- The 10% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
2. Scaffold Requirements
2.1 Customer-Provided Scaffold
If you choose to arrange your own scaffold:
- It must be erected by a professional scaffolding company.
- Beesaway Ltd must receive clear photographs of the fully erected scaffold prior to the scheduled commencement date, enabling us to confirm that it is:
– safe,
– suitable for the required work, and
– fit for purpose.
2.2 Scaffold Inspection & Safety
- If Beesaway Ltd determines the scaffold to be unsafe, unsuitable or not fit for purpose, the work will not proceed.
- In this situation, the full fee for the scheduled bee removal will still be charged, and the deposit will not be refunded.
3. Scaffold Duration, Use & Liability
3.1 Duration
- Scaffold is typically erected before the bee removal start date.
- It may remain in place for 4–6 weeks after completion to allow for safe access and monitoring if required.
3.2 Use of Scaffold
- Anyone choosing to access or use the scaffold does so entirely at their own risk.
- Beesaway Ltd, including its contractors and subcontractors, accepts no liability for:
– injury,
– property damage, or
– any loss arising from the use or misuse of the scaffold.
3.3 Damage to Scaffold
- Any damage caused to the scaffold—by the customer, third parties, or external factors—will result in charges issued directly by the scaffolding company to the customer.
4. Limitations of Liability
Beesaway Ltd is not liable for:
- Pre-existing structural issues discovered during work,
- Damage resulting from uncovering hidden defects,
- Temporary disruptions caused by required safety measures,
